Large image so you will probably need to save it before printing it, dont use scale to fit page as it will not fit in mousemat, just use your fav graphics package to print, alternatively I can send it to you.

Along the right hand side is stuck with double with a tack adhesive which should peal back you can then remove the insert and put the new one in
